Court offices close at 12 noon on court day
Court sessions for misdemeanor offenses are held the fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. Court sessions for plea night and traffic violations are held the second Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m. Your traffic violation or jail release paperwork will have your assigned court date written on it. To receive a continuance, you must speak with a magistrate the day before court date.
Payment Before Court Date
Some violations may be paid prior to the court date. Tickets may be paid in person to the Court during regular business hours, by mail or online. Acceptable payment methods are cash, certified check, or money order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Payments will not be accepted the day of court.
